The Bahama House it is a beautiful home like new located on a quiet peaceful bay called Coco Bay on the island of Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. The Bahama House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, A/C, full house generator, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, disposal, recessed lightning, stainless steel appliances including ice/water in the refrigerator door and all the appliances you have at home. Also, the home features a large open living/dining area with cathedral ceilings, recessed lightning, a copula, ceiling fans, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and desk with a VHF radio to communicate around the island. The great room is a wonderful place to gather and exchange stories following a day outside enjoying the tropics, surf the internet on our high speed wireless, or enjoy watching a movie on our flat screen television.

A wrap around deck completes the home featuring a 60′ porch and step down to a huge sun deck to enjoy the magnificent view of Coco Bay during the day and the absolutely incredible stars at night.

The master bedroom features a roomy King Size Bed with Sliding Glass Doors opening onto the Deck. The Master Bath features marble counter tops, two marble above counter vessels and a huge tumbled marble walk in shower. The walk in closet will accommodate all your needs with suitcase holders, but all you really need is a swim suit, beach towel and casual dinner wear.
Two additional bedrooms include comfortable queen size beds, night stands and dressers and the fourth bedroom features a trundle bed with pull out that sleeps two. There are two additional full bathrooms with tubs, tumbled marble, and showers.

This is a perfect home for a large family or a group. The Bahama House is right on Coco Bay, a great beach for walking, shelling, bone-fishing, snorkeling and swimming. There is a dock close by where you can tie up your rental boat. Also, there is plenty of room to park a golf cart rental at the side of the house. Enjoy your private beach including sandy white sand & beach chairs on Coco Bay to sit by or in the pristine
water of Coco Bay & soak in the sun or bring a float & dream about how you can plan your return to this paradise.

The Bahama House is a comfortable home to unwind, relax and rest and offers plenty of privacy but only a short golf cart ride for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don’t feel like cooking.

Everyone can hang out on the deck and watch the sunsets and you can stay in and cook or you are a short golf cart ride to Green Turtle Club or Bluff House for dinner, or have a chef come and prepare a meal for you…. the choice is yours.
